I did sign up on the Norfolk yoga retreat with a sense of curiosity and acceptance “ surrender yourself to a mystery of unknown “ I thought- no demands, no expectations.
Once arrived I knew I was in a safe place- every dimension of it felt right- physical, mental, spiritual.

Thank you so much Clare for another one of your incredible yoga retreats. I went into it feeling tired and stressed from work but the session energised me and left me feeling relaxed coming out of it. I loved the vinyasa flow that you started with to get us all warmed up, going through all of the key poses to get us stretched out and practicing our balances, focussing on our core and glute activation. The workshop you ran following this was personalised to what we wanted to work on collectively as a group and you put a lot of effort and attention into explaining and demonstrating techniques to help us all to improve, addressing both the physical and mental aspects. The yin yoga that you finished the session with helped to deepen our stretches to work towards improving our flexibility and finally ending with a deeply calming meditation. It was a lovely group of people as always and I really enjoyed myself. I would highly recommend your yoga retreats to others and definitely will continue to come myself!
It was my first yoga retreat experience With Claire in Portugal and Lambourne End centre. I had a lovely time and met beautiful friends, Claire is an amazing yoga instructor her beautiful heart and loving energy makes me feel good mentally, physically energetically and spiritually. Before I started yoga I was not in a good emotional state, with Claire’s s amazing teaching of yoga practice it helped me heal from my past traumatic life experiences. Thank you so much Claire, We are blessed to have you teaching us your amazing skills and talent.
