About Freedom to Be
Freedom To Be is about taking your mind, body and soul to a whole new level through yoga, meditation and various coaching techniques. It’s about taking time to get connected to yourself and nature and being liberated from the daily pressures of the world around us and our self limiting beliefs. Give yourself the freedom to be – never say never.
We provide you with the space to do this through regular classes, workshops and retreats as well as bespoke programmes for the individual or corporate group.

When we are born we have no obstacles and no messages of self doubt but as we grow and have occasions where we fall we learn to protect ourselves and create self limiting beliefs to avoid having to go through the pain again. This self doubt and built-in fear is very much amplified by the overpowering noise around us with our inherent need to remain in fight and flight in order to survive which drowns out our intuition and self trust.
Living in fear is not only restrictive but also damaging to our physical and mental well-being so my aim is to help people through bespoke, holistic and qualitative programmes both on a one to one and in a group environment to quieten the outside noise, get grounded and reconnect to their true self.
Just as the roots of the lotus grow from mud and rise above the water we too can gain more wisdom, compassion and kindness from our experiences and rise above the muddy obstacles of our environment
