Thank you so much Clare for another one of your incredible yoga retreats. I went into it feeling tired and stressed from work but the session energised me and left me feeling relaxed coming out of it.
I loved the vinyasa flow that you started with to get us all warmed up, going through all of the key poses to get us stretched out and practicing our balances, focussing on our core and glute activation.
The workshop you ran following this was personalised to what we wanted to work on collectively as a group and you put a lot of effort and attention into explaining and demonstrating techniques to help us all to improve, addressing both the physical and mental aspects.
The yin yoga that you finished the session with helped to deepen our stretches to work towards improving our flexibility and finally ending with a deeply calming meditation.
It was a lovely group of people as always and I really enjoyed myself. I would highly recommend your yoga retreats to others and definitely will continue to come myself!
