Mentoring & Coaching
Sometimes we get stuck whether it’s mentally, physically, emotionally, socially or on the rat race of work. From the inside we find it hard to see a way out so we do as we’re taught and just push through the muddy waters and get on with it. While on the outside we are coping and getting through on a day to day basis, life is worth so much more than that and the strain of this on our bodies often shows at some point and time through physical or mental ill health.
With the help and encouragement of a mentor it can enable you to get unstuck with the necessary support to make changes, learn new approaches and find ways to achieve your goals. Through your coaching sessions we develop a partnership so that it no longer feels like an impossible feat but actually one where everything is possible.
Whatever you are needing support for I create a programme using various techniques which are tailored specifically for you enabling you to feel supported and empowered to achieve your goals and desires.
Rehabilitation
When hit with an obstacle of ill health or injury we are often told to rest or follow a generic programme which may often lead you to feel frustrated and helpless when it simply feels unmanageable and there are no signs of improvement.
My aim is not only to provide hope, encouragement and support on your journey to reclaim your body post physical injury, depression or chronic illness, but also to help create a programme which combines restorative exercises with various coaching techniques to overcome your own personal hurdles and help build your resilience
One To One
In a one to one I first listen to your needs and develop a responsive programme which enables you to continue to enhance your mobility on a day to day basis both in your everyday life and your yoga practice.
By developing bespoke programme on a holistic level and within a safe environment you then have the tools to develop your practice and take it to a whole new level of mental, physical and spiritual health
