Programme
We start the day with an open mind and a yoga flow to warm up the body, calm the chatter and connect with our inner selves.
This is followed by a workshop which is tailored to the bespoke needs of the individual or group to improve technique and enhance your yoga practice. Whether new to yoga or an experienced practitioner there is always room to learn, improve and overcome obstacles and we enhance our own learning experience by sharing with others.
Following a period of reflection we then have a yin practice to let go of any residual tension and create space for new beginnings or developments in your practice.
We close the day with a guided meditation which is focused on the topic of the month with either the flame of the bonfire or candle light to ignite your new energy and intentions.

Day Retreats / Workshops
Join us once a month and escape to the countryside for an afternoon of yoga, workshops, meditation and bonfire.
Each month we focus on a different topic reflecting on the relationship between mind and body and the correlation of life and yoga practice. As we break down barriers within our yoga practice we in turn gain confidence in our abilities to overcome other obstacles we find ourselves with in every day life.
Location
In the summer months these are held at Lambourne End Centre in Essex with the option of camping overnight for all those who want to expand their connection with nature and in the winter months we are at Abridge Village Hall where we still have a view of the forest from the warmth of a candlelit room.

- powerful vinyasa flows to get in tune with your inner strength
- relaxing and invigorating restorative yin practices to free the body of tension and contraction
- guided and silent meditation to allow space and time to really connect with your inner self.
- daily themed workshops which are tailored to enhance your practice and answer questions that you feel may be limiting your practice
- walks in nature, on the beach or through the forest
- letting go of tension and inhibitions and freeing the soul through dance, zumba and salsa
- checking out the local area and downtime to take things at your own pace.
